Hopper Haus offers trivia nights to anyone willing to participate. If you want to show off your obscure knowledge and enjoy a vast array of beer, food and music, Hopper Haus is the place to be.
Hopper Haus’s Trivia night has roughly eight to sixteen players split into teams. Each team receives a buzzer, and the questions are projected onto a screen.
“It’s a combination of Wheel of Fortune, Family Feud and Jeopardy,” said Barton Bickerton, one of the owners at Hopper Haus.
When a team uses their buzzer, their color will show up on the screen. If they answer incorrectly, they lose points.
“It’s very simple,” said Bickerton.
The top three teams can earn various prizes, and first-place teams can win a $25 gift certificate, applicable to their tab for the night.
During football season, trivia nights are every Wednesday starting at 7:30 p.m. After the season ends, it will be on Thursdays.
Hopper Haus is a local favorite that features Mexican, German and American cuisine. They also offer an extensive selection of beer and a special menu for night owls after 9 p.m. consisting of finger foods and dessert.
Currently, they are undergoing construction to expand the dining area for customers. The project is predicted to be completed by mid-January. Their Biergarten has also received the addition of an overhead canopy to better accommodate customers during poor weather.
